They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong for any specific property. Always confirm the details yourself, get a professional inspection and appraisal, and verify a listing is still available and accurately described before you act.
We name public and licensed data sources so you can check our work. Using an agency's name to identify a data source does not mean that agency is involved with, sponsors, or endorses Underlisted. Underlisted is a private business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Federal Reserve or the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED), the U.S. Census Bureau, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), or any other government agency.
Underlisted supports fair housing. Our scoring never uses demographic characteristics or "neighborhood-quality" signals, and nothing here should be used to discriminate in violation of the Fair Housing Act or any other law.
