Since August 17, 2024: buyer-agent pay can no longer be quietly listed on the MLS. It is now a written, negotiable conversation you have directly with your agent before touring homes, never a hidden number. Sellers can still choose to offer to cover it as part of their marketing, but never assume - ask directly, and get it in writing. Full story in Level 3.
